- We can install a grid Wi-Fi network if you don’t already have it so that you can have cordless phone coverage throughout the home. You don’t have to have this by the way, or if you already have Wi-Fi, we can use it.

- We can install the 3CX app software on any mobile handset (including your private one) that will make it function like an office phone both inside and outside the home.

- You can now field calls if the office is empty. You could even field calls for your care home whilst queue for lunch in town, or working from home even.

- You can have a mixture of physical desk phones and mobile, or all desk phones. Whatever suits your new found flexibility on the home. More time for supporting the residents, or less overhead the choice is yours.

- You will have as many concurrent incoming lines to your care home as you have devices and people. It’s just concurrent outgoing lines that you pay for. The rent is a few £ a month, and you get 5000 free mins to landlines and 3000 to mobiles per line per month. Basically no more call costs.

- You can also have phone extensions on user’s PCs Mix and match, it’s up to you.
To top it all off, you can also offer your Residents their own personalised phone service separately from your office phones, but all working at the same time and completely secure. You could give each one of them their own number and phone, or have just one number for all of them, or a mixture. We can also support rental and usage charges for those Residents who wish to have their own number.
